Further to a recommendation from a mutual client we began providing warranty service for a national refrigeration wholesale supplier and manufacturer of bottle coolers, prep counters, chillers and ice machines.
As the equipment was under warranty, the main drivers were to provide cost-effective repairs preferably on the first visit within 48 hours. Many of the 200+ sites we have serviced for this client have limited access times for service during normal working hours as they tend to be restaurants, pubs, fast food outlets. Our service administration team liaise with the sites to obtain necessary access and provide immediate updates to the client to advise whether the repair is resolved or materials are required. Where required the wholesaler materials directly to site for our engineers to replace with the faulty items being returned to them for quality analysis.
